The credit union will contact me at a phone number I currently have on file to validate my request before processing. This contact is typically within two business days of my request. If I cannot be contacted my request will not be processed.

Balance transfers can only be made to bills that contain the name of the credit card holder or joint credit card holder. Other requests may require a signature to process. There may be outstanding charges on my account as this transfer may not pay off the total balance. Balances will be transferred from the largest balance to the smallest balance.
