Auburn Hills, Mich. - June 11, 2013 -- Genisys Credit Union was the Title Sponsor for Rosefest, which is an eight-day event from June 22-29 and July 4, 2012, filled with activities and entertainment.
“Genisys is happy to continually sponsor Rosefest,” said Jackie Buchanan, President/CEO. “The City of Roseville has a strong sense of family, and there is something for family members of all ages to enjoy.”
Events included the Run/Roll for the Roses, Annual Rose Parade, Golden Medallion Hunt, Touch-A-Truck and Roll-In Movies.
Over 340 racers showed up Saturday morning to participate in the 35th Annual Run for the Roses (5K/10K run) and the 18th Annual Roll for the Roses (10K inline skate race).
“For the 4th year in a row, Genisys Credit Union was at the starting line,” said Tim Doese, Roseville Branch Manager. “And for the 3rd year in a row, the Roseville Branch Manager was handed the microphone and starting horn to be the official start of the race.”
