Auburn Hills, Mich. – April 21, 2016 - Genisys Credit Union has hired Allen Mitchell as Business Lending Officer.  He will assist small and medium-sized businesses in southeastern Michigan with their business credit needs.

Allen Mitchell brings nearly a decade of experience that will help Genisys business members.  For the past three years, he has specifically worked to develop relationships with business members of credit unions in Michigan.

"We are excited to add Allen to our team.  His expertise will be a significant enhancement to our business services," said Jackie Buchanan, President and CEO, Genisys Credit Union.  "We are committed to providing business credit to help maintain a strong Michigan economy.  Allen brings an in-depth understanding of the needs of businesses in Oakland, Genesee, Washtenaw and Macomb counties that will greatly assist our members."

Genisys specializes in offering loans to small and medium-sized businesses, including Small Business Administration (SBA) and commercial real estate loans.

Mitchell is a resident of Swartz Creek, MI and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Finance from Oakland University in April 2003.
