Online Privacy Statement

Genisys® Credit Union is committed to providing a useful and user friendly website to our members. We also place a high priority on protecting your privacy. We know that you are concerned about electronic privacy, and so are we. When you visit our site and provide personal information to us, the information will not be sold to any other organization. As with any major website, we track how visitors use our online services. This tracking system tells us which page someone entered our website and what pages were visited, but it doesn't capture any information that personally identifies a visitor. This information is used for internal review to help us in the management and continuing development of our website.

Genisys® Credit Union makes every effort to provide links from our web site to other sites that members will find reliable and non-offensive. However, Genisys® Credit Union does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information or content contained on or distributed through web sites linked from this web site. Reliance upon any materials shall be at your sole risk. Additionally, Genisys® Credit Union is not responsible for the copyright, compliance, legality or decency of material contained in sites linked from this web site or subsequent links from other sites.

Your password should be easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess and you should change your password frequently. Never use the same password for Online banking as you use for other online accounts or services.

No one from Genisys® Credit Union will contact you, by phone or email, to request your account number or password. NEVER reveal your password to anyone and use caution when giving out your account number online to make purchases. If you think that you have been a victim of a scam and given out your password or PIN, sign in to Online Banking and/or Telephone Banking and change your password immediately. Also contact us at (800)521-8440 ext. 5 so that we may take the necessary steps to protect your account.

Protecting Children's Privacy Online

Since Genisys® Credit Union values the privacy of our young members, we have additional measures to protect those 13 and under. We will not contact children age 13 and under about promotional offers or for any marketing purpose. Participation in surveys is voluntary and children should obtain parental permission before submitting material.

Email inquiries submitted through our Online Banking will have responses sent to the email address provided within their Online User options.

Genisys® Credit Union does not collect any personal information from the visitors to our website. Enrollment into the Youth programs is automatic. Quarterly newsletters and/or emails will be provided to children 17 and under to provide them with information on savings. This information is not shared with anyone outside of Genisys® Credit Union.
